Star for Life has once again been entrusted by the Department of Education to conduct Peer Education Camps for girl learners. Camps were held at Pongola for the Zululand District and Mbazwana for the UMkhanyakude District.

The aim of the camps is to reduce the scourge of HIV/AIDS, to manage and reduce teenage pregnancy at schools, as well as to inspire learners self-esteem and motivate them to invest in their education, take care of their health and make wise life decisions.. In this way, they can build a better future and, as adults, contribute to a more equal, fair and sustainable society.
