In Sweden, Star for Life operates within the framework of Motivationslyftet, which supports students in schools across the country – as well as young athletes.

The Motivationslyftet programme for primary and secondary schools consists of five thematic modules. Each module trains specific personal skills and mental capacities using psychological methods and practical tools.

The aim is to equip young people with the knowledge and tools they need for stronger self-leadership and better decision-making – both in their studies and in life.The method and educational materials are grounded in current scientific research in neuroscience, psychology, pedagogy, and motivation.The programme is led by Country Director Jana Söderberg.
