Under pilotprojektets tre \u00e5r kommer vi att implementera v\u00e5rt k\u00e4rnprogram, Star for Life Holistic School Program, p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 grundskolor utanf\u00f6r huvudstaden Skopje. Skolorna har tillsammans cirka 1 160 elever i \u00e5rskurs 1\u20139 och 130 medarbetare. Projektet omfattar hela skolans verksamhet och involverar all personal, med s\u00e4rskilt fokus p\u00e5 elever i \u00e5rskurs 4\u20136 (10\u201312 \u00e5r). <\/p>\n

Star for Lifes holistiska utbildningsprogram \u00e4r en f\u00f6rebyggande och evidensbaserad satsning p\u00e5 socialt och emotionellt l\u00e4rande som st\u00e4rker elevers psykosociala v\u00e4lbefinnande, motivation och skolresultat. Programmet bidrar samtidigt till att skapa inkluderande l\u00e4rmilj\u00f6er pr\u00e4glade av respektfulla relationer, aktiv delaktighet och meningsfull samverkan. <\/p>\n

Programmet \u00e4r utformat i linje med det nationella utbildningssystemets m\u00e5l och riktlinjer. Metodiken vilar p\u00e5 principerna i barnkonventionen och de globala m\u00e5len f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbar utveckling, med s\u00e4rskilt fokus p\u00e5 god h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lbefinnande (m\u00e5l 3), god utbildning (m\u00e5l 4), minskad oj\u00e4mlikhet (m\u00e5l 10) samt genomf\u00f6rande och globalt partnerskap (m\u00e5l 17). <\/p>\n

SfL Job Hub kommer att best\u00e5 av fyra komponenter; Connect, Growth, Job Ready och Maxa Jerusalem. Dessa fyra komponenter kommer att t\u00e4cka olika omr\u00e5den inom olika sektorer, med det gemensamma uppdraget att skapa fler och successivt b\u00e4ttre betalda jobb f\u00f6r inv\u00e5narna i \u00f6stra Jerusalem.
