I Sverige bedrivs Star for Life inom ramen f\u00f6r Motivationslyftet, som st\u00f6ttar elever i skolor \u2013 men ocks\u00e5 unga idrottare.<\/p>\n

I varje modul tr\u00e4nas specifika personliga kompetenser och mentala f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor genom psykologiska metoder och praktiska verktyg. <\/p>\n

Syftet \u00e4r att rusta barn och unga med kunskap och verktyg f\u00f6r b\u00e4ttre sj\u00e4lvledarskap och \u00f6kad beslutskompetens \u2013 b\u00e5de i sina studier och f\u00f6r sitt v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende. Metoden och det pedagogiska materialet bygger p\u00e5 aktuell forskning inom neurovetenskap, psykologi, pedagogik och motivation.
