I Sverige bedrivs Star for Life inom ramen f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningen Motivationslyftet som st\u00f6ttar elever p\u00e5 skolor i Sverige men ocks\u00e5 unga idrottare. Det gemensamma fokuset \u00e4r motivation, sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla och mental h\u00e4lsa. Med Motivationslyftets metod tr\u00e4nas ungdomar i sj\u00e4lvledarskap, ansvar f\u00f6r sin utbildning och\/eller tr\u00e4ning samt f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga psykisk oh\u00e4lsa.
